Another big day as I take on the second city of Wales and reach the Gower, an Area of Outstanding Beauty.
There are quite a few well known people who come from Swansea, amongst whom are Harry Secombe, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Bob Brydon and Dylan Thomas.
I start with an easy, flat, tranquil walk along the Tennant Canal into Swansea. It is so quiet you would not realise how close you are to a big city, a railway line and a main trunk road. Continue reading
